1. Pool Preparation

The pool must be:

• Full of water to its normal operating level.

• Clean and clear enough for inspection.

• Chemically safe for our technician to work in and around.

If the pool is not adequately prepared, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a call-out fee may be charged.

2. Rescheduling & Call-Out Fees

If your pool is not ready for inspection, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

Call-out fee = $200 excl. GST.

3. Inspection Duration & Additional Charges

Leak detection inspections include up to 1 hour and 30 minutes on site.

In the rare event that additional time is required, further charges of $140 per hour will apply.

4. Site Access & Pets

Customers must ensure the technician has safe and unobstructed access to the pool and relevant equipment.

All dogs and other pets must be safely secured before the technician arrives.

If the property is unsafe or access is restricted, the technician reserves the right to postpone or discontinue the inspection. Additional call-out fees may apply.

5. Payment

Invoices will be issued for payment.

6. Findings & Repairs

Once the leak has been located, the technician will discuss the findings with you. If the repair cannot be carried out on the same day, a quote will be provided for your consideration and further repair arrangements. No additional repair work will commence without your approval.
